Return Policy

• Products should be returned if not as per expectation within 7 days. The product could be checked and inspected upon facing delivery when delivered through our couriers in Dhaka city. Out of Dhaka upon delivery from a third-party courier service, the product could be returned via the same courier at our mentioned address within 7 days. The return would be applied immediately upon receipt of the unused, undamaged product in the same package as delivered. Refund payment may be consulted personally in the mode accepted by the client.
• The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Malamal.xyz’s packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
• All brands sold on our website are guaranteed them being 100% genuine carrying their respective warranty as per their company guidelines. The company warranty policy is 1 year free services warranty with damaged parts cost to be paid by clients.

Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing time is 7 working days.
